In Shenzhen, the production and quality team, including the founder of the company, oversee and ensure that each manufactured unit surpasses any required quality standard, from component manufacturing, assembly, water resistance testing, timekeeping verification, packaging, to the final shipment of each unit. NOTE THAT: Shenzhen is a China region known for housing the best consumer-to-quasy luxury watchmaking in the world (and we say world because many major European, Japanese, and American brands produce partially or entirely here). And, in Shenzhen we find latest technology manufacturers, like Huawei or Tencent (Apple manufacturer) too.

This limited edition authorized by NASA, limited to 254 units, has a higher price because it comes with 2 straps, a booklet, and special packaging, in addition to its dial with certain complexity in terms of luminescence, which significantly increases the cost of the watch. The 'True' GMT movement of the OX® FROG300, provided by the excellent japanese Miyota® 9075 caliber at 28,800 Vph, refers to the type of time adjustment in the watch. In a traditional GMT watch, the adjustment of the second time zone is typically done by turning the second time zone hand, often independently of the main hour hand. However, the term "True" GMT implies a specific method of adjustment. To ensure that rescue, emergency, or medical personnel have access to the medical history and contact information provided by the owner of a OX® FROG300 in less than 5 seconds, we use the same technology as a bank card: Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. The information is stored on a double-protected, non-rewritable WR100m disk and within the WR300M FROG300, which contains vital information chosen by the owner. Any member of a rescue, maritime salvage, or medical emergency team can access and use this information simply by bringing their mobile phone close to the caseback of the FROG300 (protected by the watch, it will never work from a distance, ensuring that your data is completely safe with you and on our server, which complies with SSL security standards and encryption). With this simple action of bringing a mobile phone close to the watch, members of a rescue, salvage, or emergency medical team visually verify that you are the person they need to attend to, based on the data displayed by the FROG300. Therefore, it is essential to provide a verified graphical proof of the owner's image when entering the data to ensure its validity and facilitate accurate emergency medical attention.

At OX OCEANIX®, we inform and will continue to inform any association, institution or organitzations directly related to rescue, emergency, healthcare or diving about the existence of our ID+SYS® system and its simple usage for accessing vital data of the injured individual through (prior facial recognition, mandatory) . This global communication effort ensures that the majority of institutions, such as the following (in alphabetical order): International Red Cross, BSAC, CMAS, DAN, ICAR, ILS, NAUI, PADI, REGA, Royal Canadian Marine, US Coast Guard, Salvamento Marítimo, SDI, and other major organizations, are aware of and understand how to use our ID+EMERGENCY SYSTEM.

The system will not activate personalizing a disc if there is no verified (and authenticated) image input of yourself. It is essential to facilitate quick identification for the rescue team, first aid, or emergency healthcare assistance to validate the attached data and avoid errors if, for example, you have lent your OX FROG300 to someone else or a member of your expedition. This can be a complicated situation with the custom-fitted fluororubber strap, as it is individually adjusted to the owner. Once your image is validated, during the registration process, you will see that you can enter various details such as physical build, blood type, emergency contact information, medical conditions and/or allergies to medications, ailments, languages/nationality, medical insurance information, etc. It is a simple process, and we will guide you step by step, allowing you to choose the data you want to record.

Currently, during the first year of the FROG300 launch, the cost of the ID+ Emergency Data System® disc is free. There are currently no additional payments or subscriptions. Only in the case of needing to change or add data and requiring a new disc, you will need to pay a small amount for the change. In 2024-2025, the cost of activating the first disc in a new unit of OX-OCEANIX® FROG300 will be USD 58 plus the courier fee (variable depending on the destination).

Certainly, because sometimes our body, medical insurance policy, or personal relationships change. The change is super-fast, within less than a week after entering your new data, wherever you are, you will receive the new disc.

The ID+®SYS system is already starting with the delivery of the first Diver's FROG300 watches. The watch is delivered with one disc included. The disc will be operative later, once the data customization process and owner validation are completed. Installing it on the FROG300 is really easy, so you can do it yourself, you won't even need any tools., because only needs your fingers to screwing in on a caseback of the watch.

As long as you have your FROG300, it's an eternal relationship, but... Remember to update your data every 3 or 5 years! (which can coincide with the maintenance of the automatic movement and gaskets of your watch). Keeping an updated image of yourself is really important (every 5 years is a good idea!).

They are completely secure and inaccessible in your every day use: data is encrypted and only displayed after use acceptance when pressing a button displayed first on the smartphone. Additionally, access to the confirmation screen is only possible if the smartphone is touching the OX OCEANIX® FROG300 ID+SYS™ blue part on the caseback of the watch, making direct access to the data by third parties, for instance, when walking on the street, utterly impossible. The OX® ID+SYS™ emergency data system complies with the IC ISO/IEC 14443-3 Type A standard, and the stored data is encrypted, meeting the international standards of HIPAA, GDPR, ISO/TS 18308, ISO 13606, and the OECD guidelines on data protection and medical data. Precisely for this reason, the disk is removable and not rewritable. Should there be a need to change the information, the owner will need to identify themselves in the secure online database, update the data, and they will be sent a replacement disk.

NO, the ID+SYS® is locked (and protected) to prevent the substitution or misuse of the information inside. Only OX-OCEANIX® Scuba Watches can modify it by recording a new disc to replace it.
