RETURN POLICY OF OX-Oceanix Watches (based on the current international standard)

As a buyer, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the watch to exercise your right to return the product and request a refund or exchange. Damaged, used, or incomplete items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Our standard shipping policy defines shipping as immediate upon payment, using reputable international couriers suitable for the destination country like DHL or UPS or similar. Our free shipping policy utilizes the Standard Delivery service of the companies, and depending on the country, it may take few days. A tracking number is provided for you to track your shipment. The shipping DOES NOT include additional taxes and/or customs duties of the destination country, which are and will remain the sole responsibility of the buyer and/or the recipient of the shipment.
